A Battle With Postpartum Depression
POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION IS REAL.
It’s no joke. And it sucks.
Once I started feeling better, I started researching gut health and found some VERY shocking research about the gut-brain axis. 90% of depressed people have a gut-related problem (due to the preservatives in the foods we eat) which can easily be repaired with the right supplements. I would encourage you to look into this if you, or someone you know is battling depression.
